2014 Mazda3 Ride & Drive Event

Mazda Canada put the new 2014 Mazda3 up against its direct competitors at a closed track at the Toronto Congress Centre in early November.  Judging by the comments of participants, this 3rd generation version of one of Canada's most popular compact cars is set to retain its position.

The Mazda3 has ranked as the compact segment leader for as long as it has been around - 136 awards say it all. The replacement takes the 3′s basics and amps them up in all areas, which means it is destined to remain the benchmark for the compact car category. The third-generation Mazda3, which is offered in GX, GS and GT derivatives of the sedan and hatch, has a sharper style, a richer content list and a full suite of Mazda's Skyactiv technology.
