The 17.8 kWh battery will take about 6.4 hours to charge with a Level 1 charger and 1.3 hours with a Level 2 charger.

Both the driver and front passenger receive protection in the form of dual airbags. The RCTA system alerts you when traffic is behind you while it also warns you if it detects that your attention isn’t on the road. The Mazda Radar system has cruise control with a stop-go function for traffic jams, saving you from the pressure of moving and halting the car yourself. If you’re starting the vehicle on an inclined road, the Hill Launch Assist makes sure you don’t roll backwards when you begin to drive.
